This is TL (I used to play Cora!). Do you have any opinions on if Kate/Sharon and Clint know each other? Well, I guess the question is more if Clint knows her. :). I don't mind if she knows about Clint! I really have no preference as either way is interesting.

I do think they know each other. My Sharon differs slightly from MCU canon in that she's not a rookie agent (and also has a different PB...at least for now), but she knows Nat (as shown in the movie) and I think it's fair to say she'd probably know Clint, too. In the comics, of course, Sharon is one of the top echelon, along with Maria Hill (and Coulson, presumably).
So, yes! I think they'd know each other, and I think he'd be aware of her mission and cover.
