Natasha shakes her head in denial. "You know, I've never been certain. Obviously I didn't know for sure either way when I was a little girl," she says. "But I don't think it's like James. I think they might have tried an early version on him, and it partially worked, but he's also just naturally very strong and highly trained. Gifted."
She smiles, a little wistfully. "Not that I'd ever tell him that. And don't mention James. He's still trying to ignore the fact that he exists. Just like he ignores that Steve wasn't around in the eighties. He's very good at that, too."
